Add programs to the Send To Menu in Windows 98 To add programs to your Send To feature, open Windows Explorer and go to Windows> Send To. Click on the "Send To" folder to open its contents in the right pane. Drag and drop any program into this folder that you would like. For an example of its usefulness: If you have a file that you would like to send to your text editor (Notepad), instead of opening up Notepad and selecting "Open" and finding the file of choice...why not put Notepad in "Send To" so that all you have to do is right-click the file, select "Send To" and choose Notepad.
