Spice up your Active Windows Title Bar in Windows 98 To spice up your Active Windows Title Bar, add a nice gradient look to it. Here's how: 1. Right-click on your Desktop. 2. Select Properties from the resulting menu. 3. Choose Appearance. 4. In the area named "Item:" click the down arrow and select Active Title Bar. 5. Two colors are shown for this selection, simply change either #1 color or #2 color and your Title bar will have a nice gradient look to it. Note: You can do the same thing to your Inactive Title Bar.
